Trinity is hiring a part-time Student Minister for the Reston Campus to lead 6th-12th grade students in their journey with Christ. This person will oversee the Student Ministry, guide students to Christ, facilitate discipleship through Bible studies, and support their involvement in church service and evangelism.

The newly established residency program at Trinity Church is an opportunity for

The Trinity Kids Assistant Coordinator will assist the Trinity Kids Coordinator to ensure an excellent children’s ministry for Trinity Kids at Downtown Norfolk Campus. Excellence is achieved by maintaining a safe, organized, Christ-centered educational environment for children from birth to fifth grade.

Trinity is hiring a part-time Student Minister for the Stuttgart Campus to lead 5th-12th grade students in their journey with Christ. This person will oversee the Student Ministry, guide students to Christ, facilitate discipleship through Bible studies, and support their involvement in church service and evangelism. The Stuttgart Campus Student Minister will collaborate with other Campus Student Ministers to align curriculum, plan events, and maintain a unified approach across all Trinity campuses.

The Production Coordinator is someone with a mature, vibrant, and deep love for Jesus Christ who is both passionate about and gifted in leading people and serving God. The Production Coordinator is responsible for all of the audiovisual at the Production Coordinator’s campus. Rehearsals, Sunday Morning, Student Ministry, Campus Events, as well as AV maintenance. The Production Coordinator also is expected to support events at the campus immediately following the service on Sunday, communicate issues to the AVL Manager, and be available to support extra events in your Campus’ Region as needed, including large scale events (Easter, Christmas, Beach Services, etc.)

This full-time position combines dynamic Student Ministry leadership (6th-12th grade)
with Associate Pastoral duties at our Oceanfront Campus. The ideal candidate will be a
passionate leader capable of nurturing student spiritual growth while supporting broader
church operations and vision.

We are excited to expand our team with a Trinity Students Director. This leader will collaboratively lead and provide vision, direction, and oversight to the student ministry for all campuses across Trinity Church. This role will also oversee our current student ministry, 6th—12th grade, and serve as the staff liaison for our emerging Young Adult Ministry. This director should be someone who has a proven record for building teams and developing leaders, has experience leading in multi-site contexts, and is deeply committed to the multiethnic and multicultural expression of the Kingdom of God. This position’s goal will be to guide these ministries to make disciples who exalt Jesus Christ and honor God’s word in all they say and do by empowering our teams to engage and disciple students. Additionally, the Trinity Students Director will have a natural gift of teaching the Word of God in a dynamic and engaging way that relates to students and young adults.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who possesses a mature and vibrant love for Jesus Christ and is passionate about creating visual designs that unify our global congregation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and ensure that Trinity’s visual identity remains fresh and on-brand across multiple platforms.
