OCEANFRONT
When Trinity Church was formed in 2007, it was the result of the prayers of a small group of people hoping to be a part of a church that made its purpose clear and followed that purpose in all of its decision making. Located just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, the First Baptist Oceanfront campus not only serves the locals of Virginia Beach, but allows Trinity to serve tourists and the hospitality industry that is such a big part of the city.

PLAN YOUR VISIT
WHAT'S THE VIBE?
The FB Oceanfront campus serves a wide variety of people. From members of the military and single adults, to families young and old, they all come together as one body here. On Sundays, most people dress business casual, but you are more than welcome to come in a t-shirt and jeans. Whatever your story is, you are welcome here!
At our services, you will see a mix of the glory of the old, with the promise of the new. We have liturgy and hymns mixed in with modern worship. We’d love to have you join us one Sunday!
A TYPICAL SUNDAY
As you pull onto 35th street, you will see a church with a big steeple on the top — that is where we are! Come early to make sure you have enough time to find a seat and chat with the friendly folks around you. This is also the time to get your kids checked in for their services. Around 10:15 am, we meet in the Fellowship Hall for treats and conversations.
Our service will begin promptly at 9:00 am. We will have a time of musical worship, announcements, and a message. One Sunday a month, we also take communion together.
OUR LOCAL REACH PARTNER
W.T. COOKE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
W.T. Cooke Elementary School is located just 1.3 miles from the Oceanfront campus. More than 45% of the student body receives free or reduced-cost lunches and one in three students are from the Latino community. Many of the students come from families where English is the second language and have transient living situations, where they stay in Virginia Beach for just portions of the year. These students need immediate food assistance as well as academic support. The Oceanfront campus is committed to meeting the practical needs of Cooke Elementary students and supporting the faculty and staff in the tremendous work they do to educate and care for these children. The goal is to build lasting relationships with students and families through volunteers connecting one-on-one with students through mentorship and academic support while also providing support for the school's faculty.
